Testo 110 NTC/Pt100 Digital Temperature Meter – Bluetooth App Connection, TUC Probe Input, Alarm, HACCP Compliant, Probe Not Included (0563 0110)

Testo 110 (product code 0563 0110) is a single-channel digital temperature meter that works with NTC or Pt100 probes plugged into its TUC probe input and connects via Bluetooth to the Testo Smart App. With NTC probes it measures in the −50 … +150 °C range with ±0.2 °C accuracy (−20 … +80 °C), and with digital Pt100 probes in the −200 … +800 °C range with high precision depending on the probe accuracy. It is designed for temperature control in laboratory and food environments; it is HACCP compliant and EN 13485 certified.

Important: The instrument needs a temperature probe for measurement; the probe is not included in the scope of delivery. A suitable NTC or digital Pt100 probe for the application must be obtained separately.

High-Precision Temperature Measurement with NTC and Pt100 Probes

Digital Pt100 probes can be calibrated without the measuring instrument; this way you can continue working without interruption with a different probe while one probe is being calibrated. Lower and upper alarm limits can be set; when the measured value goes outside the limit, the alarm symbol flashes and an audible warning sounds until a button is pressed. Hold, max./min. value and display illumination functions are available.

With the Testo Smart App, the instrument is configured from the app, the smartphone is used as a second display, and measurement data are recorded and monitored as tables and graphs; a measurement report with photos is created on site as a PDF/CSV file and sent by e-mail. With the optional TopSafe protective cover, the instrument is protected against dust and water jets (IP65).

Technician Recommendations

• Select the probe according to the application: use an immersion probe in liquids and pastes, an air probe in air, and a digital Pt100 probe for measurements requiring the highest precision.
• Clamp probe for pipe temperature: to measure pipe surface temperature on cooling and heating lines, an NTC probe that clamps onto pipe diameters of 5 … 65 mm is suitable.
• Use the alarm in the cold chain: define lower and upper limits for cold room and display case checks; the audible warning immediately signals an out-of-limit value.
• Enable damping for fluctuating values: if the readings fluctuate too much, activate damping in the Testo Smart App settings.
• Keep a calibrated spare probe: since digital Pt100 probes are calibrated independently of the instrument, you can continue working with a spare probe during calibration periods.
