Payment Options

Orders on yedepa.com can be paid by credit/debit card or by bank transfer. Cash on delivery is not available. Prices include VAT; the amount shown in the cart is the amount you pay.

Credit and debit cards

All Visa and Mastercard cards are accepted. Payments are processed with the banks' 3D Secure verification on the Paynkolay secure payment platform; your card details are not stored on our site.
Turkish credit cards can pay in up to 12 instalments; the instalment terms are shown in the "Instalment Rates" tab on each product page and at the payment step. There is no surcharge for single payment.
Debit cards are charged in a single payment.
Orders with confirmed card payment are prepared the same day; you can follow the status on the My Orders page.

Bank transfer

When you choose Bank Transfer at the payment step, the IBANs of our Türkiye İş Bankası, Halkbank and QNB Finansbank accounts are shown on screen and added to your order confirmation e-mail.
Write your order number in the transfer description; the order is prepared once the payment is received.
Transfer orders are kept in "Awaiting Transfer" status; a reminder is sent if no payment arrives within 24 hours. Unpaid orders are cancelled after a few days.
Bank transfer is available for orders shipped to Turkey, Azerbaijan and Northern Cyprus.

International orders

For orders to Azerbaijan, Northern Cyprus and Georgia, Visa/Mastercard cards of foreign banks are accepted in a single payment; instalments apply only to credit cards issued in Turkey. Orders to Georgia are paid by card only.

Invoice

An invoice is issued electronically for every order and sent to your e-mail address. For company purchases, enter your company name, tax office and tax number in your account details; the invoice is issued with these details. For international shipments the invoice is issued as a VAT-free export invoice.

Security

The site is encrypted with an SSL certificate, card payments are verified with 3D Secure and card data is not kept on our site. Our store is registered with ETBİS (Turkey's Electronic Commerce Information System); the registration QR code is at the bottom of the page.
