Shipping to Georgia

Refrigeration, air conditioner and combi boiler spare parts and service equipment on yedepa.com are shipped directly to Georgia. You place your order on the site just like our customers in Turkey; shipping, export customs and tracking are handled by us. The site is also available in Georgian, and the cart shows prices in lari (₾) as well.

How to order?

At the payment step, select Georgia as the country and your region (Tbilisi, Adjara, Imereti, Kakheti, Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti, Kvemo Kartli, Shida Kartli, Mtskheta-Mtianeti, Guria, Samtskhe-Javakheti, Racha-Lechkhumi and Kvemo Svaneti, Abkhazia).
Enter the 4-digit postal code (0100–0199 for Tbilisi).
Enter your phone number with the country code: +995 xxx xx xx xx. The courier calls this number on delivery.
Write the address in Latin letters (example: Rustaveli Ave. 12, apt. 5, Tbilisi).
For customs clearance the courier may ask the recipient by phone/SMS for an ID number (Georgian ID card or passport); it is used only to match the parcel with the recipient.
Companies: select "Individual" as the customer group and enter your company name in the "Company name" field; the invoice is issued to that name.

Shipping cost and delivery time

Parcels are delivered door-to-door by Aras Global – FedEx to Tbilisi, Batumi, Kutaisi and all regions; after dispatch, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days. The cost is calculated automatically in the cart by weight:

Intermediate weights are calculated automatically; the amount shown in the cart applies. For parcels above 25 kg (large compressors, condensing units) please request a quote on WhatsApp.

Customs

Parcels leave Turkey under the micro-export scheme and your invoice is issued as a VAT-free export invoice. In Georgia, parcels to individuals up to GEL 300 in value and 30 kg in weight are free of customs duty and VAT; above this limit Georgian VAT (18%) and any declaration fee are paid by the recipient and collected by the courier before delivery. The tracking number and updates are sent by SMS/WhatsApp.

Payment

Payment is made in a single instalment with Visa/Mastercard cards of Georgian banks (instalments are available only for Turkish cards). Bank transfer is not offered for orders to Georgia; the order is dispatched after the card payment is confirmed.

Items that cannot be shipped

Under air cargo rules, refrigerants, refrigeration and compressor oils, chemicals, sprays and battery-powered devices cannot be shipped abroad; if the cart contains such items, the Georgia shipping option will not appear.

Warranty and returns

Products are shipped new, in original packaging and with an invoice. Products with manufacturing defects are replaced; just write to us on WhatsApp with your order number and a photo of the product. For customer-initiated returns (wrong model, etc.) the cost of shipping the product back to Turkey is borne by the recipient.
