Shipping to Azerbaijan

Refrigeration, air conditioner and combi boiler spare parts and service equipment on yedepa.com are shipped directly to Azerbaijan. You place your order on the site just like our customers in Turkey; shipping, customs export and tracking are handled by us.

How to order?

At the payment step, select Azerbaijan as the country and your city/rayon as the region.
Enter the postal code AZ1000 in this format (AZ1000–AZ1176 for Baku).
Enter your phone number with the country code: +994 xx xxx xx xx. The courier calls this number on delivery.
Select your rayon as the province/region; you do not need to select a district.
FIN code: Enter the 7-digit FIN code on your ID card. Azerbaijani customs matches the shipment to the recipient with this code; a shipment without the code cannot clear customs.
Write the address in Latin letters (example: Nizami küç. 5, mənzil 12, Bakı).
Companies: Select Individual as the customer group and write your company title in the "Company name" field; the invoice is issued to this title.

Shipping cost and delivery time

Shipments are delivered Aras Global (Starex) door to door to Baku and all rayons via to the door; after dispatch, delivery usually takes 4–6 business days. The cost is calculated automatically in the cart by volumetric weight (desi):

Intermediate desi values are calculated automatically in the cart (e.g. 12 desi 4,215 ₺). For shipments over 100 desi (large compressor, condensing unit), you can request a quote via WhatsApp.

Customs

Shipments leave Turkey under micro-export; your invoice is issued as an export invoice. In Azerbaijan, no customs duty is applied to purchases by individual recipients of up to $300 and 30 kg per month; for shipments above this limit, taxes and any customs processing fees are paid by the recipient. The recipient approves the shipment via the Azerbaijani customs electronic declaration system; the tracking number and notifications are sent by SMS/WhatsApp.

Payment

Single payments are made with Visa/Mastercard cards from Azerbaijani banks (installments are only valid for Turkish cards). You can also pay by bank transfer/EFT if you prefer; the order is dispatched after payment is confirmed.

Products that cannot be shipped

Under air cargo rules, refrigerant gases, refrigeration and compressor oils, chemicals, spray products and battery-powered (rechargeable) devices cannot be shipped abroad; if these products are in the cart, the Azerbaijan shipping option does not appear.

Warranty and returns

Products are shipped new, in their original packaging and with an invoice. Products with manufacturing defects are exchanged; for this, simply write to us on WhatsApp with your order number and a photo of the product. For customer-caused returns (wrong model, etc.), the cost of shipping the product back to Turkey is paid by the recipient.
