Spare Parts Shipping to the TRNC (Northern Cyprus)

You can order directly from Yedepa.com to Northern Cyprus. Refrigeration, air conditioner and combi boiler spare parts, compressors and service equipment come to your door from our stock in Turkey via the Aras Kargo TRNC line.

How to order?

1. Add the products to your cart; on the payment page select TRNC (Northern Cyprus) as the country and your district (Lefkoşa, Girne, Gazimağusa, Güzelyurt, İskele, Lefke).
2. Enter your address and phone details (0392 / 0533 / 0542 numbers are accepted). If you are buying on behalf of a company, also enter the company name.
3. Pay by card; prices are the same as in Turkey, with no extra charge.

Shipping time and cost

Shipments are carried by Aras Kargo to the TRNC via Mersin and, after TRNC customs, are delivered to the door; after dispatch, the time to reach customs is usually 3–5 business days. The cost is calculated automatically in the cart by volumetric weight (desi):

Intermediate desi values are calculated automatically in the cart (e.g. 12 desi 1,365 ₺). For shipments over 100 desi (condensing unit, large compressor packs), you can request a quote via WhatsApp.

Customs

The TRNC is a separate customs territory; every shipment is processed at TRNC customs. The shipment is declared with the product invoice (VAT-free export invoice) and the HS code information; customs duty, fund and VAT on the TRNC side are paid by the recipient and are collected by Aras Kargo on delivery. Some exemptions may apply to purchases on behalf of a company (with an importer certificate); you can ask in advance via WhatsApp.

Products that cannot be shipped

Refrigerant gases, oils, chemicals and spray products cannot be sent on this line; if these products are in the cart, the shipping option does not appear.
