- Model: 41.11.014
Sanhua SHF-56001 is the coil that drives the pilot valve of SHF series 4-way reversing valves. It operates on AC 220-240 V and is connected via the 500 mm lead wires coming out of the body — no separate connector is needed.
Coil for SHF Series 4-Way Valves — The Valve Comes Without a Coil, This Part Is Purchased Separately
In heat pumps and split systems that provide heating and cooling, the component that reverses the cycle is the 4-way valve. The valve itself operates on refrigerant pressure; the small pilot valve that determines which way it switches is actuated by this coil. If the coil fails, the valve cannot change position: the system either cools all the time or heats all the time.
4-way valves are sold without a coil. When you fit a new valve or the coil burns out, you do not need to replace the whole valve — the coil slides on from the outside: disconnect the wires, remove the old coil and fit the new one. No brazing, no refrigerant recovery.

- ⚠️ Do not mix up voltages. All lead-wire coils look the same from the outside; the only distinguishing feature is the product number. Order SHF-56001 for 220-240 V and SHF-56005 for 24 V. The wrong voltage burns out the coil instantly.
- 🔧 Replacement: disconnect the power, remove the coil's retaining nut/clip and pull the coil off the pilot valve stem. Fit the new coil the same way — no work on the system, no refrigerant recovery and no brazing required.
- Fault diagnosis: if the valve does not change direction, measure the coil first. If the winding is open, the resistance reads infinite; if the coil is sound, the problem lies in the pilot valve or insufficient pressure difference (a 4-way valve requires a certain Δp in the system to change position).
- Heating up is normal: a continuously energized coil feels hot to the touch; the limit is a winding temperature of 130 °C. Pay attention to ventilation where the ambient exceeds +50 °C.
- The IP54 protection class is against dust and water splashes; do not expose it to direct water jets or constant wetness.
