Sanhua SHF-50019 (engineering code SHF(L)-140-1214, Sanhua part no. 10325053302) is a pilot-operated 4-way reversing valve that switches between cooling ↔ heating by changing the refrigerant flow direction in heat pumps and reversible systems. 140 kW class — selectable up to 157 kW with R410A (ΔP 0.1 bar) and up to 222 kW at higher pressure drop. According to the official datasheet, it is approved for both inverter (variable speed) and fixed-speed systems.

4-Way Reversing Valve for High-Capacity Heat Pumps

The 4-way reversing valve swaps the evaporator ↔ condenser roles between the indoor/outdoor units by changing the direction of the compressor discharge gas; a single circuit provides both cooling and heating. It is a standard part of rooftop units, chillers and commercial heat pump units. Pilot coil NOT INCLUDED — order separately according to voltage (the Sanhua SHF coil is suitable for TR 220-240 V).

• 🔧 Cool the body with a wet cloth while brazing and keep the flame away from the slide area — the internal Teflon slide is damaged by heat.
• Mount the valve horizontally (coil on top); the mounting orientation must match the flow diagram on the body.
• Verify capacity against ΔP when selecting: the same valve delivers 157 kW at a 0.1 bar drop and 222 kW at a 0.2 bar drop (R410A).
