Practical Usage Note for Field Technicians

Technician's Note: Turn the inner cylinder clockwise to bring it all the way up, then open the cap and fill in the fluid (oil/dye). After closing the cap, be sure to purge the air from the injector by turning the large cylinder counterclockwise until fluid comes out of the end of the hose. Run the vehicle's air conditioning at maximum, connect to the low-pressure (LOW) service port with the quick coupler and turn the cylinder counterclockwise to push the fluid into the system. This way you complete the job practically without letting air into the system.
