Zingfa QR3-35 is a 1.5 HP hermetic reciprocating compressor built for commercial refrigeration systems operating at positive temperatures, such as cold rooms, beverage coolers and display coolers. It runs on R404A; with a 34.45 cm³ displacement it delivers 5,030 W (17,162 BTU/h) at +7.2 °C evaporating / +54.5 °C condensing of cooling capacity. It is supplied with 380-400 V 3-phase power and requires no capacitor or relay.

Rated Performance

+7.2 °C evaporating / +54.5 °C condensing (suction gas 35 °C, subcooling 8.3 K, ambient 35 °C): 5,030 W (17,162 BTU/h) cooling capacity, 2,100 W input power, COP 2.4. Capacity decreases as the evaporating temperature drops; choose according to your cabinet's target temperature.

• ⚡ 3-phase connection: The compressor must not run in reverse for long periods; check the phase sequence and the phase protection relay. The system must have pressure, temperature, overcurrent and phase failure protection.
• 🔧 Commissioning: Do not evacuate the system with the compressor; do not run the compressor without a refrigerant charge or under vacuum. Charge refrigerant from a remote charging point, not from the suction/discharge line near the compressor. After removing the connection plugs, complete brazing within 15 minutes.
• 🌡️ Crankcase heater: A 45 W crankcase heater is recommended to prevent refrigerant migration during standstill; energize it 12 hours before the first start or after a long shutdown. Maintain suction line superheat to prevent liquid floodback.
• ⏱️ Operating pattern: To maintain the oil level, at least 10 minutes of continuous running and at least 3 minutes between stop and start are recommended. The tilt must not exceed 15° during operation.
