Wilo Para KSL 15/6-43 IPWM1 is a high-efficiency combi boiler circulation pump whose speed is set by the PWM signal from the boiler's control board. In the field it is also called a circulator pump or signal-reading pump. Wilo product number 4534385, common OEM equivalent KK01.98.314. Manufactured by Wilo Intec, Aubigny-sur-Nère, France.

Which combi boilers is it used in

This pump is used as the original pump in Baymak, Baxi and Warmhaus combi boilers. Before ordering, compare the KSL/6-43 IPWM1 marking on your existing pump's motor label and the Wilo number on the body. If the label is unreadable, send us the boiler's brand and model and we will verify it together.

Note: In the Wilo Para family, the INT variant, whose suction side is integrated into the boiler's hydraulic block, is a separate product and does not replace this product.

Installation and commissioning

The system is bled through the bleed screw on the body. The PWM connector plugs into the boiler board output; without the connector plugged in, the pump will not run at constant speed. As a wet-rotor pump it needs no separate lubrication; it is cooled and lubricated by the system water. Do not run it dry.

Temperature class TF95 allows continuous operation up to 95 °C ambient temperature. With an EEI ≤ 0.20, it uses significantly less electricity than older constant-speed pumps.
