Value VRP-U 3-Piece Charging Hose Set 150 cm – Red/Blue/Yellow, 800 psi (R410A)

The Value VRP-U charging hose set consists of three hoses that connect the manifold to the system: red, blue and yellow. Each is 150 cm long and rated for 800 psi working pressure.

Color Codes and Connection

Use and Maintenance Notes

• Before each connection, check that the gasket at the hose end is in place and intact; a worn gasket is the most common cause of leaks.
• Do not bend the hose at a sharp angle or pinch it between doors/covers.
• Do not mix hoses used for different refrigerants; oil and gas residue left in the line contaminates the next system.

R410A Connection Size

In R410A systems the service port is 5/16 inch SAE, while the manifold side is usually 1/4 inch SAE. For this reason, R410A sets include both sizes. Before connecting, compare the service port of the unit with the flare nut size of your manifold and use an adapter if necessary.
