This is the Value VRP-15D dual-stage vacuum pump, designed for deep and fast evacuation of air conditioning and refrigeration systems. Compatible with HFC and HFO refrigerants (e.g. R32), its non-sparking design allows safe use with new-generation flammable refrigerant classes. With its high flow rate of 420 L/min (15 CFM), it brings large-volume lines down to 5 micron in a short time.

Technician Tips

• Before first start-up, check the oil level through the sight glass; do not run the pump if the oil temperature is below -1°C.
• On humid/long lines, use the gas ballast valve in the open position to prevent moisture from entering the oil; close it at the end of the process.
• For the fastest evacuation, use the 3/8 inch or 1/2 inch inlet together with a large-diameter vacuum hose (e.g. Value VHB Big Boy series).
