The Value VA3-P7-EX is a two-stage (dual-stage) Ex series vacuum pump designed for safe evacuation with flammable refrigerants in air conditioning and refrigeration systems. Thanks to its ignition-proof design, it can be used safely with new-generation flammable (A2L) refrigerant classes such as R32. With a flow rate of 170 L/min (7 CFM), it pulls split air conditioners and medium-volume refrigeration lines down to 15 micron in a short time.

Technician Tips

• Check the oil level before first use; in the 426 ml reservoir the level should be in the middle of the sight glass.
• When servicing with flammable refrigerant (R32), run the pump in a well-ventilated area and keep the exhaust outlet away from enclosed spaces.
• For the fastest evacuation, use the 3/8 inch inlet together with a large-diameter vacuum hose (e.g. Value VHB Big Boy series).
