- Stock: In Stock
- Brand: Testo
- Model: 0590 7501
Testo 750-1 (product code 0590 7501) is a two-pole voltage tester used for testing electrical systems and equipment. It performs voltage tests in the range 12 … 690 V AC/DC and has a patented all-round LED display readable from any position using fiber-optic technology. It is suitable for reliably determining the absence of voltage and power, continuity testing and rotary field checks in switch cabinets. It complies with the EN 61243-3 standard.
All-Round LED Display Readable from Any Angle
The main difference between the Testo 750-1 and standard voltage testers is its all-round LED display, which is clearly visible no matter at what angle the instrument is held; the fiber-optic design makes the voltage indication stand out. The non-slip ring, ergonomic shape and robust housing provide comfort and durability in intensive use.
It is the basic model of the Testo 750 family. For those who want a numerical value on an LC display, single-pole phase testing, RCD tripping and a flashlight, the Testo 750-3 model of the same family is available.

Technician Tips
- Test on a known source before use: before verifying the absence of voltage, test the instrument on a socket known to be live, and test it again after measuring.
- Check the phase sequence on compressors and fans: verify the phase sequence with the rotary field test before connecting a three-phase motor; a reversed phase causes reverse rotation.
- Disconnect power for continuity: carry out continuity tests on contacts, fuses and cables with the circuit de-energized.
- Fit the probe caps: work with the test probe caps in a CAT IV environment; do not use an instrument with damaged probes.
- Check the battery condition: weak batteries affect the test functions; remove the batteries if the instrument will not be used for a long time.
