Techsun TCAS-20 Mini Wall-Type Ultra-Quiet Air Conditioner Condensate Drain Pump (40 L/h, 20 m)

The Techsun TCAS-20 is a mini wall-type condensate drain pump designed to drain condensate water from split and cassette air conditioners where gravity drainage is not possible. With an operating noise of only 19 dB(A), it is ultra-quiet; it is well suited to environments where silence is important, such as bedrooms, offices and hotels. With float-sensor automatic operation and an alarm (volt-free) output, it starts when the water level rises and can stop the air conditioner in the event of a fault.

Ultra-Quiet Automatic Condensate Drainage

With a flow rate of 40 liters/hour and a vertical lift of up to 20 meters, it safely carries the air conditioner's condensate to the drain or outside. It operates over a wide 110-240V voltage range; its compact body can easily be hidden next to the air conditioner indoor unit or inside a suspended ceiling. The box contains the pump unit, a transparent drain hose and a connection cable.

Technician Tips

• Mount the pump level (horizontal) according to the spirit level on the body; tilted mounting causes the float to malfunction and the pump to run continuously.
• Clean the reservoir and float strainer every 6 months; sediment jams the float and causes the pump to run nonstop.
• Connect the alarm output to the air conditioner's control line so that the air conditioner stops automatically at excessive water level — this prevents flooding.
