Sanhua YCVS7H03 Check Valve – 7/8" (22 mm) ODF Solder, Straightway, Kv 6.80 m³/h, 49 Bar

Sanhua YCVS7H03 is a piston check valve that lets refrigerant flow in one direction only and prevents reverse flow (one-way valve / check valve). It has a 7/8" (22 mm) ODF solder connection.

Straightway (S) Body and Damper Spring: Free Mounting on Lines with Pressure Pulsation

This model is a straightway ("S" in the code) body: the inlet and outlet are on the same axis and it is added directly into the line. The L-type body that Sanhua offers in larger sizes has a 90° turn.

The valve has a damper spring: it prevents the piston from fluttering even at points with pressure pulsation, so the mounting position is free. The pressure loss during operation is low.

• 🔧 Verify the flow direction. The arrow on the body shows the direction in which the refrigerant must flow. A check valve installed backwards blocks the line completely.
• 🔑 YCVS or YCVSH? Sanhua produces a reinforced-spring version of the same body under the YCVSH code (opening pressure 30 kPainstead of 5 kPa). The reinforced version is for compressor discharge lines and multi-compressor systems. This product is the standard YCVS — for normal lines requiring low pressure loss.
• Cool the body with a wet cloth while brazing and purge with nitrogen; excessive heat damages the internal seal and piston.
• Thanks to the damper spring, the mounting position is free; even so, vertical mounting with upward flow is preferred where possible.
• The opening pressure enters the system calculation: take the additional pressure drop of 0.05 bar into account in your line calculation.
