For safely opening and closing the line in refrigeration and air conditioning systems, the Sanhua SBV(M)-JA17YHSY-1-SA Ball Valve is a robust brass-body solution that makes maintenance and installation easier with its 2 1/8" copper solder connection and integrated service port. Thanks to its ball valve design, it offers low pressure loss when fully open and leak-tight isolation when fully closed.
Full Isolation with Service Port and Low Pressure Loss
Used to isolate the compressor, condenser or evaporator line in the refrigeration circuit, the ball valve is quickly opened and closed by turning the square manual operating head on top a quarter turn. The screw-capped service port on the side allows service operations such as refrigerant charging, evacuation and pressure measurement. The copper connection tubes at both ends are integrated into the system by brazing, providing a permanent and leak-tight installation.
