Sanhua RFK - 24014 Expansion Valve R404A (Externally Equalized - Flare - inch) is a thermostatic expansion valve designed to precisely regulate the refrigerant flow entering the evaporator in refrigeration systems. With its brass body, sensing element with capillary tube and external equalizer connection, it provides stable superheat control in commercial and industrial refrigeration applications using R404A.

Stable Superheat Control with an Externally Equalized Design

The valve's external equalizer line senses the pressure at the evaporator outlet directly, ensuring correct regulation even in systems with a high pressure drop. The sensing bulb and capillary tube monitor the evaporator outlet temperature and continuously optimize the refrigerant flow; this prevents liquid floodback to the compressor and maintains energy efficiency. The flare connection design allows fast installation without brazing.
