With 171.2 cm³ displacement and 10 HP nominal power, it delivers approximately 102,000 BTU/h (29,900 W) cooling capacity with R407C at 7.2°C / 54.4°C; with R404A at -10°C / +45°C it delivers 18,850 W. Designed for R22, it also works with R407C, R404A and R134a; the low-GWP alternatives R448A, R449A and R513A are approved.

Technician Tips

• On the valveless model, braze the connections under nitrogen to prevent internal oxidation.
• On the three-phase motor, verify the phase sequence and direction of rotation at the first start-up; a scroll compressor must not be run in reverse.
• Evacuate the system thoroughly before commissioning; moisture leads to oil breakdown and winding failure.
• The stated capacities are at standard test conditions; get the selection confirmed for your own evaporating/condensing conditions.
