Jalasanj Twin Tube Epoxy Adhesive (Iranian Glue - 18 g)

Known in industry and repair trades as "Iranian Glue", this is a very fast-curing two-component (A+B) epoxy adhesive with high bonding strength. Giving excellent results on many different surfaces, this set is the strong adhesive solution most trusted by technical services, especially for demanding jobs such as car headlight repair, radiator leaks, engine block cracks and household appliance repairs.

• Product Type and Weight: A set of two tubes (Part A and Part B) totaling 18 grams. The blue mixing spatula required for application is included in the package.
• Fast Curing: At room temperature (25°C) its working time ends within 5-6 minutes and it quickly begins to set (harden).
• Wide Range of Use: Performs excellently when bonding metal, glass, tile, ceramic, porcelain, rigid plastic and fiberglass surfaces. It is extra resistant to water and vibration.
• High Strength: Does not pull or shrink after drying. Once fully hardened, it becomes rock-hard and can be drilled, sanded and painted.

Field Instructions for Use and Technician Tips

• Surface Preparation: Always clean the surfaces to be bonded of dust, dirt and oil. To maximize adhesion (grip), it is recommended to lightly roughen glossy surfaces by sanding.
• Mixing Ratio: Squeeze equal amounts (1:1 ratio) from tubes A and B and mix quickly with the blue spatula supplied in the package until the color is uniform.
• Timing: Once mixed, the reaction starts and the pot life is short. Apply the mixture to the surface and join the parts within 4 minutes. Hold the bonded parts still for the first 5-6 minutes (or fix them with a clamp/tape).
• Safety Warning: The product undergoes a strongly exothermic (heat-releasing) chemical reaction while curing; this is completely normal, and you will feel the surface you applied it to or the mixing container getting warm.
