The EV3B23 digital thermostat is a touchscreen device with advanced features, specially designed for refrigerators, counter-type cabinets, display cases, cold rooms and wine coolers.

Defrost Features

The EV3B23 allows defrosting at regular intervals and for set durations. The temperature of the controlled system is shown on the display, and manual defrost can be started by pressing the defrost key. The adaptive defrost feature optimizes system performance while saving energy.

User-Friendly Interface

On the front of the thermostat there are a compressor running LED, defrost running LED, low energy consumption LED, “stand-by” on/off LED, programming key, device on/off key and manual defrost key. For safety reasons, the keypad locks automatically when not used for 30 seconds.

Alarms and Warnings

The EV3B23 is equipped with an acoustic alarm and warning flash indicators for situations such as low temperature, high temperature, sensor errors and condenser overheating.

Installation and Maintenance

The EV3B23 must be protected from water, humidity and excessive dust. There are no parts that can be repaired or replaced by the user; therefore, opening the device is not recommended.
