Danfoss AKS 32R Pressure Transmitter (060G6612) | 0-50 bar, 1/4" Flare, Ratiometric Output

The Danfoss AKS 32R (code 060G6612) is a pressure transmitter with ratiometric output that converts the measured pressure into a linear electrical signal in refrigeration and air conditioning systems. The output signal is proportional to the supply voltage: 10% of the supply voltage at minimum pressure and 90% at maximum pressure. This design allows direct operation with controllers that have ratiometric A/D converters (pack controllers, inverter drives, EEV drivers).

The body is stainless steel; thanks to its robust design protected against shock, vibration and moisture, it is suitable for mounting on compressors and outdoor units. It is compatible with all refrigerants, including ammonia and CO₂. With a sealed measuring cell (sealed gauge principle) and full digital compensation, it provides stable measurement over a wide temperature range. It can be used in ATEX Zone 2 explosive atmospheres.

• 🔧 Ratiometric ≠ 4-20 mA: This transmitter is for controllers with a 5 V ratiometric input. If your controller expects 4-20 mA or 1-5 V, choose the AKS 32 / AKS 33 model.
• Tighten the flare fitting by hand + a quarter turn with a wrench: Overtightening affects the measuring cell.
• Fit the connector together with its gasket — IP65 protection is only achieved with the matching connector.
