Cubigel NST26RA is a 1 HP hermetic reciprocating compressor built for commercial refrigeration appliances operating at positive temperatures, such as multi-door beverage coolers, open display cases and large display cabinets. It runs on R290 (propane); with a 25.93 cm³ displacement it delivers 3,498 W (11,935 BTU/h) at ASHRAE HMBP conditions of cooling capacity.

With its large S series body, fan-cooled design and CSR (start and run capacitor) motor, the NST26RA can be used in both capillary tube and expansion valve systems. It produces high capacity efficiently with COP 2.82 at ASHRAE HMBP conditions. Propane has a GWP of 3, making it a suitable option for low-charge systems unaffected by F-Gas restrictions.

ASHRAE: liquid 46 °C, ambient and suction 35 °C. CECOMAF: liquid 55 °C. Capacity decreases as the evaporating temperature drops; choose according to your cabinet's target temperature.

• 🔥 R290 is a flammable refrigerant (class A3). Brazing, leak testing and gas charging must follow the rules for flammable refrigerants: a ventilated area, no ignition sources and compliance with charge limits are mandatory. This compressor is for R290 systems only.
• 🔧 When replacing: In the CSR connection the start and run capacitors are used together; compare the old compressor's refrigerant, HMBP class and mounting hole spacing against the dimensional drawing.
• Application limit: This model is HMBP — intended for positive-temperature coolers. It is not used in freezer (LBP) applications.
