Core Drilling and Hole Cutting

Core drilling machines cut clean, round holes in concrete and brick walls for air conditioner, combi boiler flue and pipework penetrations. Diamond-segment core bits are selected according to the hole diameter.

When Choosing

• Hole diameter: 62–82 mm is generally used for air conditioner copper tube penetrations, larger diameters for flue penetrations.
• Connection: The bit connection (1 1/4 inch UNC) must be compatible with the machine.
• Dry / wet drilling: The bit and the machine must be used in accordance with their drilling type.
