Providing air circulation in the indoor units of split air conditioners and playing a critical role in bringing the room quickly to the desired temperature, the Arçelik 5400095101 Compatible Cross-Flow Fan delivers high-performance airflow. With dimensions of 95 mm diameter and 609 mm length, this cylindrical (tangential) fan fits perfectly in place of your deformed or unbalanced old fan, letting your air conditioner run with its original quietness and efficiency.
Quiet Operation and Maximum Airflow
Due to heavy dust build-up, overheating or material fatigue over time in AC indoor units, fans can develop imbalance, broken blades or cracks at the shaft bearing. This causes the air conditioner to run noisily (clicking) and seriously reduces airflow performance. Designed to original dimensions and aerodynamically, this tangential fan minimizes air resistance and provides maximum airflow, while eliminating vibration and fan noise.
Key Technical Features and Equipment
Manufactured for long service life and an exact fit, this indoor unit fan’s technical details are as follows:
- Model/Part Code: 5400095101 (Tangential fan for Arçelik and compatible air conditioners)
- Dimensions: Diameter: 95 mm | Length: 609 mm (fan body length excluding shaft)
- Material: Hardened flexible plastic body resistant to continuous operation and temperature changes, stainless steel center shaft.
- Design: Pre-balanced asymmetric blade arrangement optimized for a low decibel (dB) level.
- Location: Indoor units of split air conditioners (air blower module below the evaporator).
Practical Usage Note for Technicians in the Field
Technician’s Note: When replacing the indoor unit fan, make sure the shaft is level as you seat the new fan in its bearing, so that it does not bind against the fan motor bushing or the left rubber mount. While the unit is open after removing the old fan, cleaning deposits that have built up behind the evaporator (coil) or in the drain pan will double the unit’s performance. When connecting the fan to the motor, make sure the set screw is aligned with the flat surface of the motor shaft and tightened firmly; loose screws can cause slipping and imbalance at high speed.
