• 🔧 Keep the capacitor value exactly the same. If a value other than 60 µF/400 V is fitted, the compressor struggles at start-up and the winding heats up. It is best to renew the capacitor as well when replacing.
• R410A is a high-pressure refrigerant: Make sure the lines and fittings are rated for R410A pressure; charge in the liquid phase.
• Ester oil absorbs moisture: Open the plugs just before installation and dry the system with a deep vacuum (≤500 micron).
• Upright mounting is required: Rotary compressors must not be run tilted; fix it upright with vibration mounts.
• Do not remove the accumulator — it is the only component that protects the compressor against liquid return.
