Designed for supermarket, cold room, display cabinet and process refrigeration applications, the Danfoss MLZ038T4LC9B (MLZ038T4B) is a fixed-speed commercial refrigeration scroll compressor (Danfoss code: 121L8442). With a 80.95 cm³ swept volume and 5 HP power, it delivers at HBP conditions approximately 14,540 W (49,640 BTU/h) of cooling capacity. This "B" evolution variant is approved for low-GWP and A2L refrigerants (R455A, R454C) — in addition to R404A/R507A, it also works with R455A, R454C, R448A, R449A, R452A; it is charged with POE oil.
MLZ series Maneurop scroll compressors deliver reliable performance in medium and high evaporating temperature (MT/HT) refrigeration applications with few moving parts, low vibration and high efficiency. The MLZ038T4LC9B is the current "Evolution B" generation and is qualified for A2L low-GWP refrigerants (R455A/R454C). 380-415V/3/50Hz supply.
