Technician Recommendations

• Braze the connections on the rotalock service valves under nitrogen to prevent internal oxidation.
• POE oil absorbs moisture; keep the compressor sealed until the moment of installation and evacuate the system thoroughly before commissioning (moisture = acid + winding failure).
• Scroll direction of rotation is critical; verify the phase sequence at first start-up (in reverse rotation no pressure builds up and noise increases).
