Cubigel NUF45NA is a 1/8 HP hermetic reciprocating compressor built for commercial refrigeration appliances such as small freezers, ice cream cabinets and low-temperature refrigerated cabinets. It runs on R290 (propane); with a 4.5 cm³ displacement it delivers 224 W (764 BTU/h) at ASHRAE LMBP conditions of cooling capacity.

The NUF45NA belongs to the LMBP (low-medium back pressure) class, able to operate at evaporating temperatures between −40 °C and 0 °C; the same compressor can be used in both freezer and low-temperature refrigeration applications. Its RSCR (run capacitor) motor draws low current and runs efficiently with COP 1.84 at ASHRAE LMBP conditions. Its body, suitable for static or fan cooling, is designed for capillary tube systems.
