Weakening of the strong airflow you expect from your air conditioner’s indoor unit, annoying clicking during operation or breakage of the fan wheel both reduce your unit’s cooling/heating efficiency and shorten motor life. With reference code 5400095102, a diameter of 90 mm and a length of 686 mm, this spare part is a high-quality cross-flow fan made for the indoor units of air conditioners from Arçelik and its sub-brands. Designed to exact original dimensions, this product restores your air conditioner’s factory quietness and airflow performance.
High-Efficiency Airflow and Vibration-Free Rotation
Thanks to its special aerodynamic blade design, it pushes air out with maximum volume and minimum resistance. The precise balancing carried out during production ensures the fan rotates without vibration even at high speeds, reducing the load on the indoor unit motor. If your air conditioner makes a mechanical rubbing or knocking noise in addition to the sound of the airflow, you can immediately improve comfort by replacing your unbalanced or cracked fan with this high-standard product.

Practical Usage Note for Technicians in the Field
Technician’s Note: When installing your new fan, make sure the flat on the fan motor shaft is exactly aligned with the fan’s set screw. Overtightening the screw can crack the plastic hub, so a "snug but not forced" tightness is ideal. Also check the rubber bushing bearing (mount) that the metal shaft on the left side of the fan sits in; replacing it if worn or lightly greasing it will completely eliminate squeaking and resonance noises that may occur after installation. Before ordering, always measure your old fan with the tape measure held straight.
