Value VE 115N vacuum pump is a single stage vacuum pump used to evacuate air and moisture from the circuit during installation and service of air conditioning, refrigerator and commercial refrigeration systems. With its 1/4 HP motor it delivers 51 L/min (1.8 CFM) at 50 Hz and reaches an ultimate vacuum of 150 microns. It is also searched for in the field as VE115N.
Compact Single Stage Vacuum Pump for Air Conditioner and Refrigerator Service
With its 6.6 kg weight and 290 × 124 × 224 mm dimensions, it takes up little space in the service vehicle. Thanks to the one-piece body structure, forced oil circulation and large oil sight glass of the Value VE-N series, the oil level is easily monitored during operation. It has suitable capacity for split air conditioners, refrigerators and small commercial refrigeration circuits.

Technician Tips
- Change the oil frequently: vacuum oil retains moisture; in moist circuits the oil becomes cloudy after a few evacuations and the pump cannot reach 150 microns. Keep the oil level in the middle of the sight glass.
- Shutdown sequence: when the job is done, first close the valve on the circuit side or disconnect the hose, then stop the pump; otherwise oil may flow back into the hose.
- Measure the vacuum: check with a digital vacuum gauge that reads microns, not by time; in air conditioning and refrigeration circuits the target is usually below 500 microns.
- Caution with flammable refrigerants: in systems with flammable refrigerants such as R32 and R290, prefer a spark-free (ex-proof) vacuum pump.
- For large systems: in VRF, multi-unit or long-pipe systems, a two stage pump with a higher flow rate shortens the job.
