AC Bracket Mounting Wall Plug Set 12 mm Orange (Pack of 10) – Wall Plugs, Hex Head Screws and Washers

The AC bracket mounting wall plug set is a 12 mm fixing set prepared for fastening the wall bracket (console) of an air conditioner outdoor unit to the wall. The pack contains 10 long-body orange plastic wall plugs, 10 hex head screws and 10 washers; in other words, a complete set for 10 fixing points.

The long-body wall plug grips by spreading over a large area inside the wall. The hex head screw is tightened with a socket or open-end wrench; the washer distributes the tightening force around the bracket hole and prevents the screw head from sinking into the sheet metal.

How Is It Applied?

1. The bracket (console) is held against the wall and the hole positions are marked; mounting must be done on a load-bearing wall.
2. Holes slightly deeper than the plug length are drilled at the marks with a Ø12 mm drill bit.
3. The dust in the hole is cleaned out and the plug is driven in until it is flush with the surface.
4. The bracket is put in place, and the screw fitted with a washer is inserted into the plug and tightened with a wrench.
